I only just started in this wacky world of YA writing five years ago and have done all right so far, but the idea of dropping everything and doing it full time fills me with fears of living in shacks and eating top ramen for the next decade. Good to see it can work out so well, albeit after a lot of time and effort and words. Incidentally, my editor and I both love your books, and we've both been praising them up and down to our writer and editor friends.
