Title: Kick it!
Post by: Lauren-sensei on April 24, 2012, 10:54:52 AM
Ok, so I came to thinking... This board is kind of like the city interface :) we should treat it like one! I'm gonna work on posting a new subject every day, and kicking great stories! Who's with me?

Hmm, that sounds interesting but . . . we have had problems in the past with the forum from I believe it was cluttering. Although I suppose we could all just bring our daily news topic here and discuss them, although rereading your post that is probably what you meant so ignore my first comment.

That's Exactly what I was thinking, and that way we wouldnt just be posting things awesome about Uglies, but on this board we could keep things fresh :)

Cool, it also helps prevent the clutteredness I was talking about. If someone sees something cool they can put it here instead of making a topic for it that won't likely stay in use.

Oh goodness, that is NOT cool :(
We should NOT live forever. Let alone as long as we do...

I'm not sure about the living forever thing but curing cancer is good.

Deaths important, it's there so we don't over populate the world to a larger extent anyway.

I didn't watch the video, but I read the article and it doesn't actually say anything about living forever guys. I'm really impressed and I'm happy about this.

You just need to upload it to a photo place like photobucket and get the IMG code and copy/paste it in your post(the IMG code)

It's about a girl that lives in a world that when you turn sex-teen (16) you get a tattoo that says your ready for... Ummmmm... Well... Making love, and like so these girls are seen as like prey to men, and well, you get the point, it's actually really good :)

I'm not sure there is a GUARANTEED way to get a picture on google images unless you pay for advertising or something.

Well, at least until we get something like the New Expansion going. But then, who really wants to live forever?

I read it, but it didn't remind me of Uglies other than there is a female protagonist and it's set in the future.
XVI is far from the Uglies utopia.

There IS a way to to get your image on Google, just post a pic somewhere and under your pic where it's posted put the words "Google, [insert whatever is it your looking for]"

Like for me, Google, "Dr. Cable Uglies". I'm in the first line of images twice. Once from being on Scott's blog and another from me posting a pic here.
