Should I?
« on: November 15, 2013, 07:54:21 AM »

So I am a huge fan of Leviathan, midnighters, peeps and last days, and the Risen Empire, and have read so yesterday. Years ago, I think I was 13-ish, I read Uglies and didn't care for it at all, so I never read the rest of the series. Do you think I should give it another go or not? I remember not liking Tally, or the extensive social commentary, but my memory could be exaggerating it.

I hate David, and I hate Tally, but I kind of likes Pretties, and I really likes Extras, so go for it.

Yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes yes!

It's my second-favorite of all Scott's books (the first being Leviathan). So from me, a resounding yes!

Well, it looks like there is plenty of enthusiasm, at least from pan, so I might give it another go soon.

I read it on a friend's recommendation over a year ago, and she still hasn't finished ::)
