I meant cheap as in there's a lot of it, and it's easy to make.

Simplicty probably. Simply giving her the calculated requirement of pre-packaged food would probably be easier than counting out a full serving of meals. Hell, Cable probalby didn't even do anything about it. A drone probably packed up the board for Tally.
