Extras: Yes or No?
« on: January 25, 2014, 04:55:55 PM »

Hello!
I read the first book a year ago and finished both Pretties and Specials
(Zane ;^;)a couple of weeks ago. I own Shay's Story and Cutters and am in the midst of re-reading Cutters for the 2nd time. But this brings up the question at hand,

Should I read Extras?

I've seen a lot of good reviews but also many bad reviews. From the forums, there are a lot of people saying that they did enjoy the change of scenery from Tally. I've seen people saying that they regretted reading Extras though. So yes or no? Without spoiling any details please, should I decide to read it ^_^

If your a fan of the series, read it for completions sake. Also, despite the different view point, it IS a sequel to Specials, so it should feed any questions you have about what the hell happened.

Yes, I definitely recommend it. It gives a great view of the post mind-rain world :)

aside from the fact that it should have at least taken 15 years after Specials, it was my fav book.

Why not read it? Even if its not your thing, it won't hurt.

Extras was honestly my favorite. It can be a little slow in the beginning, but the ending is so good that the whole book it worth it.
