Because it is an overpriced store with low quality clothes that are to popular for their own good. Same with Uggs. And North Face jackets.

Summed it up perfectly =P

we have to wear uniforms at my school...so cant really see what store is 'in'

[[my mom wanted to put me in a school with uniforms...she says it saves money!! yea right!!]]

all the schools in england wear uniforms, but you can generally tell what clothes people like anyway
honestly, while my uniform isn't flattering, its so convenient, you don't have to worry about what you're going to wear, and everyone else is wearing it too so you don't feel as self conscious... but i am looking forward to sixth form where you wear what you want as long as its black and white

hmm... i don't think it should matter whether clothes are popular or not, people should wear what they want if its what's popular or what isn't i don't think you should hate something solely because its popular

school uniforms are less expensive and they are convenient, but they are kind of unflattering...
our school uniform used to be really good quality, but when they deprivatised the school and made it public, they changed the uniform supplier to a cheaper company and now the uniforms get damaged very easily, they also got rid of our old badge with  our latin motto and replaced it with a flower, so we look like a nursery  :P

eurgh. Uniforms itch, unflattering, and I grew out of most of my stuff, so I have like nothing to wear. There is a few months at most until schol ends and I'll never ewear a uniform again, meaning there is no chance I will get new stuff. If I had no uniform, I wouldn't have this problem :P

Just to skip back a few posts... I think Superdry outdoes all other makes in utter overpriced cheap crapness!!

haha, they would if we had guys, its an all-girl school, even the sixth form doesn't allow boys.... the staff refer to boys as "distractions" lol, and we couldn't be having belvedere girls being distracted by such terrifying things as boys   ::) it was a lot tougher when it was private though, because a lot of the staff were quite old and very strict Christians

Lol - boys, distractions. It's probably true, though.

A mixed environment is a stimulated environment... my concentration suffered terribly when I went from mixed to all boys =/

For lack of a better way of putting this... a hot piece of ass every now and then does wonders for keeping you awake =P

personally, i feel like i've worked better in an all-girls school, partly because there are no said "distractions" and partly because when i joined the school was very good... although  with all the changes i'm wondering how long it will stay good for- not because it isn't private anymore, but because of the system and how they choose the students. school-wise, i think its whatever people feel they do better in, if you prefer mixed, you'll work better, i went to a mixed primary school but senior school seemed more important and most of the good schools were all-girls anyway (except for the horrible all girl school down the road from my school who bully our school, especially when we do PE in the park )
