I follow and visualize the details an author describes in the book. Right down to the background noises. It helps me enjoy the book more.

Well, the instant it says a character's name, an image forms in my head. Actually the only character I ever imagined exactly to the letter was Jace from MI.

That tends to happen to me sometimes, especially if the character reminds me of someone I know.
For example, I have a friend named Jonathan, who looks exactly like how Jonathan is described in the book. So when I'm reading about Jonathan, I picture the Jonathan I know. :)

But she's not at all clear on the cover.

I have one of each.
And yes, it would be hard to tell... but on Blue Noon Jessica's facing you, and you can ALMOST make out a face...

Revived! Because, why not?

Rex-for some reason I picture him with short but curly black hair, pale, and shorter than average. Goth black trenchcoat, with jeans and a navy t-shirt, and occasionally sunglasses.

Melissa-reddish-blonde straight hair just past her shoulders, taller than Rex(not sure why), green eyes, and fairly nondescript clothes with enormous headphones.

Jessica-orange-red wavy hair, longer than Melissa's, average height, very daylight clothes with bright colours, likely including skirts/dresses.

Dess-very short black hair, likes blue t-shirts and cargo pants, shorter than average, silver necklace, sometimes with sunglasses, sometimes not.

Jonathan-I never pictured him as vividly as the others. Would probably say black hair a bit longer than Rex but not too long, very tan skin, not sure about clothes.

I never really pictured them very vividly, other than dark hair. I pictured all of them except Jess with dark hair.

I always have weird pictures of people in books. I can come up with their hair, height, and clothes, but can never imagine a face. No idea why.

I do that too. With the exemption of the Harry Potter characters, the Percy Jackson/Heroes of Olympus characters, and Volger, all of whom I have an imagined face stuck to as well.
