Regional collective.
Like,  there are  a lot of veriables that are factor in.  If you were born, raised, married,  raised kids,  buried loved ones, and died  some where, then you're more likely to be part of the Fey then a someone who is just passing through.
But where you are buried can have influence just as much as where you considered your home to be.
But old families do have an impact on the makeup of that part of the Fey. And so does ones legacy. Hypothetical example: in all of DC's works I get the impression that the Waynes are an old, influential family. That  would make them a large influence in the Ancestral Spirit world.  However,  Bruce Wayne as The Batman  would  leave a legacy in and of himself which would  effect both his standing, and other  people's within  that community. See what I mean?

Do not meddle in the affairs of dragons, for you are crunchy and taste good with ketchup.

One must never tolerate evil. For first, evil is tolerated; then embraced, then ailed as being good, then it becomes unlawful to do what is actually good.

Dragons:
Possessing enormous magical potential, but, with the exception of fire breathing,  and limited shapeshifting, they are oddly unable to tap into.  Easily the oldest of the races, and among the wisest, dragons maintain an attitude of smug superiority matched only by members of the feline family. With a love of wealth,  often in the form of hoarded gold (though many have diversified portfolios in this day and age), they are also inclined towards puzzles and riddles. As a note, it may be advisable to stroke their egos with flattery, but care must be taken to avoid overdoing it, for few things can be as terrifying as an irate dragon.

Priests:
Those are who seek a higher purpose than this mortal plain can offer often find it in the service of the Divine. Their dedication and zeal are insperation for us all. However,  this zeal often places them at odds with other strains of magic users, inspiring witch hunts and inquisitions. While some  would at least laud their  efforts to eradicate demons and those who seek harm to others,  their unbridled persecution of even  the most  benevolent of magical practitioners has made them a thing of fear the world over.

Witches:
By far and away the most common of the magical community, they are also bare the brunt of anti-magic purges, as well as much of the praise  for their work in the lives of the people around them. To their friends, their potions and herbs are a great blessing. To their enemies, their hexes are horrific curse.

Alchemists:
Famed since the Renisance for their relentless search for  knowledge, alchemists have ever been on the forefront of magical understanding. The search for  the philosopher's stone, an elixir of immortality, or simply the answer to the question "why?" they have pushed back the edges of the unknown.

Another brief(?) infodump.
Affinities:
Across the various types of magic, it has been long known that different people will be more inclined towards certain disciplines of the their art, whether it be the sorcerer with a talent for necromancy, or the alchemist who excelled at transmutation.

Transmutation, Technomancy (combining magic with technology), Pharmakia (magic combined with chemistry).

Yes, although because witch is the most common, it's also the most likely to blend with another strain of magic. It's less common for other strains to blend.
