Maggie didn’t dignify Thomas with a response, too upset at what he had just said. She simply sauntered into the library and headed straight for the section he’s suggested. She had to admit it was a good idea.

"Good idea, Tommy boy." Charles followed their sister over to the books and started looking over the titles.

Peggy flew back to her room and took her human form again. She got into her nightgown, a fashionable navy blue and pulled her silk robe over top before deciding to visit the trio in the library. She came through the secondary entrance, a staircase directly from her bedroom. She stood inside the doorway silently and just watch the three of them, wondering how long they would be before they realized she was standing there. It was in the back of the room and she had grown accustomed to being very quiet.

Clara nodded at Nico and then decided that she wanted to see the show of Miss Peggy catching the others snooping on her. "I'm going upstairs," she said. She walked very quietly, staying in the shadows, and stood by the closed door of the study, listening keenly.

Thomas started looking through the books, completely unaware that they were being watched.

Ralph followed, shifting into a rat. This could be interesting.

Charles felt uneasy but he couldn't really place why. He continued looking over the book shelf before he turned around, running his fingers through his hair with a sigh.

Raphael flitted by Maggie's head, chuckling to himself.

Peggy watched a bat go by Maggie's head and frowned, afraid Raphael was going to reveal them. She sighed and then looked over at Thomas was going through her books she was currently reading, the ones she told him not to move because she didn't want to lose her place in them. She had two histories there, Greece and England, a romance, a financial log for her bootlegging business, and inside three of the books (which were hollowed out), bottles of alcohols- whiskey, vodka, and tequila.

Everyone else seemed so keen on seeing what the humans were doing. But what for? They were hardly interesting. All Nico cared about was that they didn't find out the truth about the residents of the house, and that would be guaranteed not to happen the sooner they left, alive or otherwise.

Thomas glanced over at his brother, noting Charles' nervousness. He really hoped no one walked in to catch them snooping. Thomas looked through the books, finding nothing that grabbed his attention. He put away the book on English history and looked at his siblings, "well, I don't see anything here...." he trailed off, frowning as a bat flew past Maggie.
