“She doesn’t like that. She wants you to protect us and she thinks she could save you,” Ainslie said and ran her hand over her arm, looking away, “So—that’s why you should keep the gun”

Charles frowned and looked her over. “What do you want?” He asked.

“I want us to stay out of danger so we don’t have to make a choice like that,” Ainslie told her and shrugged, “I don’t want to turn you”

Thomas broke from her lips and planted kisses along her jaw and down her neck as his hands came too rest on her hips, “we’re married, is it really scandalous?” He mused

Charles frowned, fiddling with the bed sheets. “I want that too. I mean, to stay out of danger. I don’t want to be turned into anything.”

Nico took Maggie's hand. "C'mon, let's go inside," he said, kissing her forehead softly. He looked over at Ruth, who was busy poking and prodding through the weeds of the garden. "We should probably take the little tyke in anyway."

Maggie made a face, less than pleased to be on babysitting duty. “This whole night sucks,” she commented, reaching out to take Ruth’s arm and lead her inside. “Common kid, you thirsty?”

Ainslie nodded at him and smoothed her thumb over his face, “I—I can’t even imagine if I could make the right choice,” she whispered.

Peggy chuckled and nodded, “I think what makes it scandalous is the location,” but that was the last thing she got to say about it, cooing as she held his pants by the belt loops and leaned her head back. (We can skip lol)

Yup!)

Thomas had a permanent grin on his face as he buttoned up his pants; he certainly wasn’t thinking about anything else.

“I know you could, love,” Charles said as he put his hand over hers. “We don’t need to think about that, though.”

Ainslie sighed and shook her head, “Your family must think the worst of me, getting you into this situation”

Peggy laid her skirts of her dress back down and played with her hair, moving. It back so it less messy. She swallowed, “Well then—“ she was flushed for once. Thomas has been warmer than normal and it was—almost comforting. But she didn’t want to think about that. It was cruel to drink from live animals.

“You really don’t have to worry about what they think. I hardly do,” Charles said with a grin.

lol Peggy :P)

Thomas smirked, "well," he repeated, then looking towards the estate, "What do we do now?" he wondered, still a little nervous about getting anywhere near Charles. It was fine, out in the woods with just Peggy, but he feared what would happen if he neared anyone with a pulse.
