Thomas released a long and frustrated breath, "You two are so reckless and irresponsible," he grumbled. He could not deny his own curiosity though.

Nico took his own glass, filling it til the point of almost over flowing. He took a long, slow drink, and then threw his head back, fangs bared as that wonderful sensation warmed him. Although, it still wasn't quite as good as human...

Peggy looked at her servants and smiled, baring her fangs, “If any of you reveal us to our guest or harm our guest, you will find yourself in the green house with the windows open for the dawn to take you,” she threatened and then drank the rest of her glass before dipping her glass in for another one helping, “They are stranded, needed help, we are the only ones out here. I’ve made a firm devotion to not spill human blood, and while I do not care what you do outside my home, in these walls, you will obey my words.”

Nico scowled, but said nothing more. He more than aware of the fact that Peggy did not make empty threats. It still worried him, though; they'd all have to be extra careful to ensure that the humans didn't discover them.

Clara went for another glass. Her fangs out was much more comfortable than having them in, but she knew they wouldn’t be accepted among humans. Life as a vampire hadn’t come easily to her, and she missed Christian, even after all this time. She had adapted though, and she liked this small coven she had found. “Miss Peggy, what if they were to discover us, despite our caution?”

Maggie rolled her eyes at her eldest brother. “You can’t tell me you’re not curious, Tommy.” She peeked down the stairs. “The coast is clear, cmon let’s see what we can find out. Something isn’t right with these people.”

Thomas sighed, "I didn't say I wasn't curious," he said, following Maggie to the stairs, "I simply do not wish to anger our hostess when she has been so gracious," Thomas explained in a hushed voice.

“Well that’s why we aren’t going to get caught,” she told him with a smile. “We just snoop around a bit and go back to bed. Nobody will be the wiser.” She crept down the stairs, on guard for any noises.

“Famous last words,” he muttered, following her down the stairs as quietly as he could.

"Don't worry so much, Thomas," Charles said as he followed after his siblings. "We can always say we got lost.'

That did not make him feel better but if they were to be spending the weekend in this house, he did want a better sense of who they were dealing with. “Alright, where should we look first?” He asked once down the staircase.

Maggie crept through the hallways, looking for anything suspicious. “Didn’t Peggy day her bedroom was near ours?”

“Across the hall I believe? So if we avoid her room and the library, we should be okay. Though I’d rather not run into any of the staff...especially that groundskeeper”

"Let's go to the study," Charles suggested. "There's probably something in there."

“The study it is,” Maggie told her brothers, leading the way back to where she remembered it being.
