Charles swallowed thickly. "Fine then, but my plan was just to check every apartment building in the whole city. You're welcome to help."

"Well then, we better get started then," Francis said, knowing he and Anabella could at least smell the group out if need be.

Thomas' arm rested comfortably around her, enjoying how perfectly she fit in his arms. He smiled widely at her, his breaths also heavy, "Wow," he breathed out, "that was...." he had no words.

Peggy put her hand flat on his chest, feeling his chest as he breathed. She chuckled and leaned up, pressing their lips together for a long kiss and then laid back down against him. “Thomas, I will never tire of you. I hope you can maintain that kind of vigor for a hundred years,” she teased him.

THomas laughed, "a hundred years is an awfully long time; I sure hope you never tire of me," he said.

“I’ve lived almost 70 and god, that was...probably the best thing I’ve ever done,” She teased and laughed. She then sat up and kissed his deeply and then took her book off the nightstand. She came back, leaning against him as she started to read again, sighing out and then running her fingers over his thigh as she read.

Thomas chuckled, "I am glad that you enjoyed that as much as I did," he said. With his arms around her shoulders, his hand gently slid along her arm as she read; he had never felt so content in his life.

Peggy began to softly read out loud to him, the book being a history of the French and Indian war. Not terribly interesting, but Peggy always wanted to learn more and she had a long life to do so.

Ralph moved around the kitchen, checking the layout and contents. "You can have the sofa if you want." He told her, closing the last drawer.

Thomas listened to her read for a while but was struggling to keep his eyes open, "I must admit, history has never interested me much," Thomas confessed, followed by a yawn, "yet, I could listen to you all night long," he whispered

“You’ve already had your way with me Thomas, you don’t have to keep buttering me up,” Peggy joked with him and pulled her arm up behind his head and gently played with his locks while she read just a bit more until she too became drowsy and soon enough fell asleep against his chest

Charles stumbled forward as Anabella shoved him away so he could start looking. He glanced over his shoulder, but she was already right behind him to start walking.

When she fell asleep, Thomas kissed the top of her head, “good night peggy,” he whispered before falling asleep himself.

Francis walked the streets of New York with anabella and the human, checking every apartment building along the way until finally he caught their scent. “Stop,” He said suddenly, looking up at the building, “this one”

Anabella paused and looked up at the building. She nodded, a slow grin spreading across her face.

Charles looked up at the building, frowning. "You sure it's not some other building? This doesn't seem right."

Francis grinned wickedly and grabbed the boy's arm, "Oh I am very certain," he said. He would never forget Peggy's scent.

“Sure,” Clara said in response to Ralph. She had been trying to be polite; the apartment wasn’t large and she could tell what Miss Peggy and her love were up to. She was settling into the couch when she heard something very faint outside, far from where she was. Was it... Charles? Had he come looking for them?

(Lol there you go someone noticed. Also heyo I’m back in North America so I can actually post)
