I originally thought him up as a living walkie talkie. I wanted Darwins Fist to have something that they could use as a communication system without needing a wireless set (too Clanker) so I thought "why not fabircated a memory frog like critter that could communicate in real time?"
I just made it a dolphin cause I happened ot have some stuffed dolphins that were pocket sized.
