You never know, Volger has already been turned into a Loris.  ;)

Dr. Barlow's eyes widened a bit. "What an odd suggestion."

"Mighty unsavory," her loris said.

I watched that movie a couple of weeks ago because I remembered it to be good from my childhood, but it turned out that I was overly romanticizing those memories.

I was wasting time on snopes.com the other day, and saw an urban legend there about "Franz Ferdinand's cursed limo" I had never heard this one before, but I thought of Leviathan first of course...  ;D

Girl with short hair.
In a dress.
'nough said.

Especially with Scott-sensei replying "Heh. Dresses."

Oh, I suppose the height difference might relate too...

YES.  Now whenever I say, "Guess what?" my family & friends ask "Is it about that book?"

With very suspicious looks, I might add.  I can't imagine why.  :D

My friend called her dog 'beastie' the other day. She's Scottish, with short-ish light hair. I hugged her.

Franz Ferdinand is mentioned in "An Abundance of Katherine's" by John Green

Also, a few weeks ago when Duke's basketball team lost (huzzah!  Sorry, Kentucky fan.  We hate Duke), fark.com had a title article that said "The last time a duke was murdered like this, it started WWI" My fiance read that out loud and my response was "too soon!"  Even though it's been almost 100 years...

And speaking of kid movies that remind us of Leviathan, "The Frog Princess."  Yup.

The king of excellent Franz Ferdinand references is Lemony Snicket, though.
"For some stories, it's easy. The moral of 'The Three Bears,' for instance, is "Never break into someone else's house.' The moral of 'Snow White' is 'Never eat apples.' The moral of World War I is 'Never assassinate Archduke Ferdinand."
Heeeee.

Also, whenever I watch Tangled (4 times, thus far) I always think "Bovril!" when I see Pascal. They'd get along quite nicely.

If I was your teacher I would have encouraged it!
