I never liked David, he seemed like a player to me, and my brothers tell me that I have no concept of what a player. so he just really be 1.

I am a total David fangirl. as for the controlfreak/player comments, he can control me any day (:

lol, no, seriously...I always felt like the whole Zane/Tally relationship was circumstantial and yeah, while it was cute while it lasted and helped Tally grow, David was always the one who she was supposed to be end up with.

Granted, I have not read the books in years and quite possibly might not have a clue what I'm talking about...

You should check out the manga Shay's Story. It will turn you off David really quickly.

He doesn't really seem to... actually DO anything, though. He just kinda goes along with stuff, pops up, says something, and leaves. It was like that in Pretties, at least.
In Specials I remember liking him a little more, but I haven't read Specials in, like, forever, so what do I know. :P

I'm just surprised at the number of fans he has, on here at least.
