Zane would have gotten involved in the Mind Rain even if he hadn't gotten involved with Tally, or at least that's what I think. 'Cause Zane was icier than Tally even as a bubblehead.

Zane. Period. I hate this argument, but honestly if David ditched Shay for Tally in one day, who says he wouldn't have ditched Tally for the next great go-getter.

I hate being called a newbie just because I haven't joined before today, but thank you :) I've read all the Uglies books, all the Midnighters, both Peeps books, So Yesterday, and Leviathan and am getting Leviathan and Behemoth for Christmas. I'm no wester-n00b.

Lol, we do that to all the newbies on here. I read all but the Leviathan series. Well, I tried to but they bored me.

I haven't had a chance to read most of his books yet.  :( The library only has all the Uglies books and The Secret Hour, so that's all I've read. And Peeps, too.

Well, I only read Uglies (which was also the first dystopia I ever read) a year ago (actually it was June 2009) and I only became an actual hardcore fan a year later.

Ditto! I read it in June and became a hardcore fan but September! It was the first actual chapter book (besides like becasue of winn dixie, every soul a star, etc.). After reading Uglies I read the rest of the series then I read Peeps, then So Yesterday, then The Last Days, and just recently, the Midnighters series.
