Like did I have a newbie buddy when I was new? I don't really remember, but I don't think so.
Or was a a newbie buddy to newbies? Yes! I helped run the program back in the day with James and Fleem and then was supposed to and did take it over for a while with Seth after they left.

Newbie buddies was a fun little thing. And THOSE DANCES THOUGH. I didn't think we could possibly be more awkward than we would have been in person and yet somehow we were. But also because all of us were, none of us were. Did that make sense? This feels like a 2010 post.

hahaha forum dances were these weird times where we would all come on at the same time, and then there was a topic called for the "dance" and we would request songs and mimic interactions of what it would be like if we were all in person... so there was some slow dancing, some poking and general silliness, and then things got weird sometimes (okay a lot) and it was all just good fun. Kind of like an rp except it was one night only and we were just ourselves, not characters
