Seriously, it will cause it to be too mainstream. Besides, you will run out of stories... Unless you just set it as Leviathan themed, and make Alex and Deryn go on random adventures in steampunked 1900 times. Then it becomes a regular cartoon, only in a diffrent time. I rather just have a movie adaptation of the 3 books.

Also, adding "The Animated Series" makes me think of the ultimate fail that is Transformers Animated. Maybe it failed BECAUSE "Animated" was in it's name...

I would watch it but i'd prefer a movie... I don't really like animations. But a live action movie with excellent CGI will be amazing... if they made a move that was animation, i probably wouldn't watch it. Having live action movies and TV shows make it feel more immersive and like our world.... not to mention Deryn HAS to be taller than Alek in any movie or tv show lol

Honestly, I get the feeling that the guys who do SNK could make it and do a damn good job...

I would totally watch it. First preference would be if studio ghibli could make it, followed by the makers of Avatar: The Last Airbender.

However did it, I would watch it. And tell my friend about it, and then we could spazz together ;D (except that she'd probably find out before I did :P)

Larfleeze thinks the better question is. Who should the voice actors be?

Would like anime, or the Kieth Thompson-Fullmetal style.

Benedict Cumberbatch for Volger.
Allen Cumming would make a better Volger in my opinion.

No, not him.

In everything that I've seen George Clooney in he always plays this all-american, charming, pretty boy that is kinda annoying IMO.

Maybe him as Eddie Malone? :P
