Maybe, I could believe that. I just tried it raw, yucky.

Okay, raw cauliflower is gross. But it's good steamed. It's softer than brocoli.

Yeah, the raw is gross. I might have to retry it with some more stuff added to it like steam and cheese. But I'm still a little scarred from my first try.

First try?? You've only had it once? That is hardly a basis for comparison.

My sister eats cooked cauliflower with spaghettii. She likes it in the tomato sauce.  ;)

Does that mean I have your vote for tomatoes? Yes, it was my first try. I'm not great with veggies, but I'm getting better.

As I am getting better with eating meat. I had a few bites of steak for the first time in years last week. ;D
I'm not a big meat person. It's not that I'm like, all vegetarian crazy and stuff, I just don't like the taste of it.

Which is why my diet consists of celery and oatmeal creme pies. :3

LOL, the veggies and fiber are covered then. I'm big on fruit, dairy, grain(pasta!), and I like my CHEESEBURGERS. So I'm pretty balanced.

I went on this crazy orange kick a few weeks ago. Every morning I eat an orange. I'm fine with dairy, and YES. PASTA. I eat wayyy too much grain.

I'm a bread person. I'm like Scott Pilgrim, "I could eat garlic bread for every meal of every day of the rest of my life." Ramona: "Then you'd get fat. . ." Scott: "GARLIC BREAD MAKES YOU FAT!!!!!!! :o"

Haha!! Yesh, the carbs don't do much good for body image. Last year I would eat a bunch of pasta before my track meets, and the habit sort of stuck with me. Italian food...and Mexican...greatest creations ever. Anything but Oriental.
