Horesback riding's good. Hell, you've got viable cosplay material there. Just get a fake military uniform, think up a name, and post that clart to DA. Voala; Corperal Kinzie Mcalister, Darwinist Equestrian Soldier. Or something.

Apperently having horses isn't COOL enough for cosplay. The hell if I know WHY. Horses rule. This girl I had a crush on rode horses. I had good times with her.

How are horses not cool enough? 99% of my facebook pictures are me on a horse. They're so photogenic. (I'm not xD)
SOmeone should write an awesome steampunk where everyone has a horse. THEN it will be cool.

Horses really are. Probably why they're one of the more popular domesticated animals. Speed, power, loyalty, all the good stuff people want. And, unlike a cat or a dog, you can ride on them. So they're useful too.
They did; it's called Wild Wild West. It was a steampunk western on TV for a while in like, the 70's, and then they made a movie with Will Smith in it. Haven't seen the show, but the movie has a giant steampowered mech spider of doom, which is awesome.

Sounds awesome! Someone should revive it. Horses are great for therapy, too.

That's how the girl I liked got into it. She broke both her legs in a car accident and had a theorpy horse. Then her parents realised how well she did with them and sent her off to the family farm (run by her cousins) for the summer after she got better. Spent a week there with her. Awesome times.

It's a great concept. At my mom's old barn there was a guy who had a horse that he did therapy riding with for free for any kid who needed it. He had a lot of kids with Downs' syndrome ride with him. It was really cool.

Awesome. If you ever see him again, give him my commendations.

I will! he was cool. He had another horse, too, who was an ex-police horse and accidentally killed his rider, so no one wanted him. I was kind of afraid of him, I had to take him in from the pasture sometimes and it was a little scary.

Brutal...still, a little fear in your life can be good for you.

True. That's kind of what holds me back when I'm riding, I'm always too afraid to go too fast or too far or too long that I never really get as far as I could.
