Tech You Want

So; I don't know about you, but there's some tech from the Uglies universe that I want to get my hands on. Namely:
A hoverboard (duh)
Water purifyer
Most of the implanted tech (eyescreen, skintenna, the Cutter's combat upgrades, etc.)
And maybe something like nano-factory hole in the wall so I could make gear.

Anyone else got any tech they want?
