Well, he doesn't see any of the other female flock members during the time we see him, right? It's just Max while she beats the shit outta him. Or do we learn more about him after book 3?

Oh...oh yeah, they had a book named after here. Right. "Max; a Maximum Ride Book". I remember it now. My girlfreind spent an hour and a half ranting against it for some reason before kissing me senseless to somehow prove she was better than Max.
