I don't know what's wrong with my mind, but I've started seeing Justin Bieber as Alek.

btw, I'm writing a fic about leviathan movie auditions. anyone want to see who plays who there?
This is really wierd because, the other day, I was just telling my friend how mad I would be if Justin Bieber/someone who resembles Justin Bieber played Alek in a Leviathan movie.

Actually, what's really weird is that I was recently thinking that if Keira Knightley was younger, she would be an amazing Deryn! . I mean, she even has the chest for it.

And for Alek... well geez, there are not a lot of short, red haired actors these days... :-/
except I for one somehow think Thomas Sangster fits the bill, if he learnes to do an Austrian accent first.

I saw Hugo with my family the other night. The dude that plays Hugo'd make a damn good Alek, I thought. ^_^~ Anyone else wanna look up a pic???
(Note: still completely against live action; it just wouldn't work!!! TT_TT~)

I support live action with the condition that the director decides that neither CGI or props would be realistic enough, and grows a real Leviathan.

And then it was mysteriously stolen.

By me.
