How good is The Last Days?!?

So I finished Peeps and I loved it, great book! Of course I'm going to read The Last Days, so I wanted to know if The Last Days was good. I just need to know if it's one of those boring books that you just can't stand reading. I would appreciate it of you could tell me if its as good as a book as peeps. Thanks  ;D

Not as good. Still an interesting book, but my least favorite out of the New York trilogy.
