I am extremely shocked about So Yesterday!!

I liked all of the books that i've read by Scott so far, but here's the thing, I read So Yesterday, and I was feeling all sorts of emotions, mostly shocked. I was shocked because I could not beleive that I would ever find myself saying I didn't like a book by Scott Westerfeld, but I did, and that book was so yesterday. Im going to honest. I just didn't get it, although i'd hate to criticize one of Scott's books,  I have to say, I thought the plot was just plain out boring, the whole book was just unexiting, not interesting, and hard to follow, Im sorry, but I just would excpect more from Scott. What did you guys think of So Yesterday?

Yeah. I didn't like it at all either. I didn't understand it. And I think it's perfectly fine not to like some books. I love the Old Kingdom books by Garth Nix but couldn't finish the Keys to the kingdom.
