omg yesterdy was my b-day!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!omg soo happy!! but happier cauze im on page 184 in specials soo im tring to stop myself from looking but im not doing a good job @ it. but i already spoiled myself cauze i opened 2 a random page(the ch named david……I LOVE DAVID)and started reading and it said zane died..omg!!so sad but it wouls be sadder if David died.or dies oh plz dont tell me he dies oh gosh no he cant that impossible!!!i think…ihope. oh and btw umsrsly?-wa harry potter is sooooooooooooooooo not better then Uglies series!!!i read them & i used to be a huge fan now im just a fan of hp but huge of uglies!!!! hey does anyone no what adress scotts is cause i need to send him something!!!
ya ya im sooooooooooooooo happy cauze i finished specials and it is sad when zane dies but im happy that tally goes with David i love david and the pat where it says were the new special circumstances and the part where it says special teeth, ugly teeth. Us. i love that US
OMG!!!!!!!!!!!!!! i luv these books soooooooooo much i waz so sad when i finished the last 1 but i cant beleive Zane dies, oh well i guess, @ least she gets david, she liked him first anyway!!! i waz also sad when David popped…inside joke me and kelsey-wa made water ballons and named them the ppl from the books… we r weird i kno. i alwayz h8ed dr. cable,but now i like her even though she only helped tally so that all of her work wouldnt b destroyed. i cant believe that tally bcumz a cutter, and that she is soo mean 2 david i h8 her for that she waz best when she waz an ugly!!! i luv these books sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo much!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My fav chapter in the whole series!! i reread it about fifty times now….
i loved the fact that tally stayed in the wild to help the cities maintain themselves, but id always wished she would have done it with zane. sure david thought she was beautiful when she was an ugly, but he was in love with the tally he thought she was. zane experienced everything with her. he was always there for her and he believed in her. zane was always my favorite and i cried for the longest time when he died. from that point until the end of the book, i still hoped zane would come back… somehow. tally DID leave at an unsure moment. he was still on the machines and not dead yet, so there was always a hope in me that he would come back. tally and zane understood eachother and it was him, not david, that pushed her to beat the lesions of bubbleheadedness and of being special. i would love, more than anything, for there to be another book about tally. what her and david do… and hopefully (but probably not) zane will come back- even if him and tally were just friends because their relationship wasnt about love alone- it was about being there for eachother through everything… no matter what.

I dont think ”Shay-la” Was a good friedn to tally-wa Yea She Wented to be with zane And not be with her.And Is no A biggy Its Tally worl bytheway.And Its Her choices Not Shay-la. And If she was Tally wa Ture frined She wondt be Jugeing her Or telling her her what to do.Thats Just being a Bulllie.But I lOVE THE Book. Even If Zane Died I think She was Bether of with David. It Was her frist love. And You Never know What Happens Tally world Ever ends. ok, u can have your opinoin and I can have mine, but I think the exact opposite!!!! Shay was the one who made the story!!!!! if tally had not met shay then she would hve just been a bubblehead. and shay isnt telling her what to do she is stying to make tally a better person that her usual self-centered self!!! Shay was trying to protect Tally from what Zane was, and if you dont remember, SHAY is the one who came up with the idea to fake Zane escaping. and as it says on page 95(paperback):
Tally: “And you’d do that for Zane?”
Shay:” For YOU tally-wa”
Shay was always the one who led Tally, dared her to be more adventurous, Shay took care of Tally. Next time you want to rant on Shay, think about Shay being like a mom to Tally.

I have not read Specials yet, in fact, i am STILL reading reading Pretties. I just HAD to know who Tally chose. Zane or David. So, reading the comments, i learned that she chose David. Which was AWESOME, i always hoped that she would pick David in the end. But… ( since i am a cheater)
i read ahead in Pretties, to the part where rejectsa David and said she loved Zane, so i wasn’t so sure.
But now, i know.
I do NOT regret reading the spoilers. i am SOOOOOO glad i did!

Ever since Uglies we have completely LOVED David and so in the beginning of Pretties we were like, “Zane has to die!!!! DIE ZANE DIE!!! I hope Maddie and Zane both die!!!” and so in Pretties we liked him more and more and we were like, “No!!!! I DONT WANT ZANE TO DIE ANYMORE!!!” (Keep in mind, we had no idea the ending.) So as the books progressed, we loved Zane more and more, and we still loved David so much. In Specials, we were so sad when we pictured Zane shaking. At the end when Zane died we both cried, but at the same time, there was some sort of triumphant, “I called it” factor that we couldn’t ignore. It was funny cause we were crying with sadness but laughing at the pure irony.

ok people i finished specials a while ago and just finished extras but i was thinking about specials today and i was like… wait, what WAS it that was sooo terrible about the bubblehead operation? i mean, it’s really Tally’s own fault that everyone is going into the wild now, i mean, SHE WAS the one that influenced the mind-rain! but in my opinoin, dr cable was right about alot of things. and thats only my opinion now because, like i said, i don’t know what was o bad about the operation. but if someone could exxplain it to me then i would probably change that.
The operation is terrible cuz it makes you forget important things from when they were Uglies. That’s what the Crims were for, so they could remember what happened before they turned pretty and stay bubbly. The doctors and specials like screwed with their brains during the operation and it basically made them lose their sense of themselves. They were pretty much controlled by them and not their own people any more.
WHY!?!?!?! above ALL pple!!! why does zane have to die!?!?!?! it was soo sad I was keeping my fingers crossed in hopes of Tally and Zane ending up togather at the end!!!! noooo >.< I really wanted to see what Zane would have been like as a special it would have been completely Icy lol I was pissed though Tally and David ended up togather david does not deserve Tally at all —its supposed to be ZANE but specials really was an amazing book loved it everything was breath-taking and soo icyy XD in Tally’s point of view but I was a little disappointed in how it ended it still left me hanging! lol I want more

yeah, i guess that’s how it worked, but like maddy said once, most people want to be lazy and clueless. so i guess it was wrong in someways, but don’t you also see what dr. cable is saying? im’m sorry if im not very agreeable or im not making much sense, i am having alot of Boyfriend issues and i am SUCCUMBED WITH ANGER at my ex-boyfriend! and my current boyfriend’s phone is off, and i desperately need to talk to him. god, missing school can result in alot of bad things happening to you.

Well, to tell the truth Zane kinda really pissed me off . . . and at the same time i totally LOVED him. i dunno, it’s weird. i always thought that Tally and David should have gotten together. But then Zane got in the way so i wanted Zane to dump Tally or the other way round. THEN Zane died, great way to get rid of people, Scott. You think like me, ha ha. Except the fact the Scott rocks at writing and suck. So i was pleased when i read Extras and Tally and David hooked up. That’s good stuff!
Not that I’m saying that they got together for the peeps that haven’t read it . . . (peeps meaning people, not The V Word)
