What about online, though?

I meant you could order the book online.

Oh, I could, but I would prefer to get it out of the library, since ordering every book I couldn't find would be awfully expensive.

A good steampunk web comic is Girl Genius.

Yes! Girl Genius is awesome! I am thrilled to find another fan. It was, I believe, my first adventure into steampunk, even before leviathan.
Oh goodness, I'm so late on replying, but I actually did an Agatha cosplay last spring. I just got into reading it in December 2012.

Awesome! I don't have any clothes that would look right, but if I did I would definitely try an Agatha cosplay. Are you reading online or the books? I read the books, so I might be a little behind.

I started with a book that I got at the library, then the week after I finished that, I was on creepypasta.com reading stories, and there happened to be a link to the website. Not gonna lie, it was kinda weird finding the website that way. I'm currently waiting until the ministory is done before I go back to reading it, though.

So you started with the novel? By book, I was referring to their collections of the comics in paper form. Though, I have read the novels too, and they are quite good.

I just like the fact that they have novels for it...

I was talking about the paper comic, but I have skimmed through the novels. I have the first one of them. It's fun to learn all sorts of tidbits I otherwise wouldn't know.

I also found this one comic book series called Kairos by Ulysse Malassagne. It's in French, but there's some translations of the first volume floating about (I haven't seen any of the second, unfortunately. I translated them into text only translations, though). Also, there's a really cool trailer for it. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hzlmUqteKQo

Also, what's your favorite ships? I like GilxAgatha and GilxAgathaxTarvek.

I own the first novel, and have read the second. I love all the little extra details too! I hope they make a third one.

Have to say, I like GilxAgatha. Tarvek is fun, but just doesn't seem as perfect. Also have a liking for ZeethaxHiggs.

I know of several books/series that may or may not be popular, but don't get enough attention nevertheless.

--The Maze Runner series by James Dashner
--What's Left of Me by Kat Zhang
--the Skinjacker trilogy and the Unwind series by Neal Shusterman

Not anymore it ain't...

Bringing this up again because THE STRAIN. THE BLOODY EFFING WORM-FILLED STRAIN.
Seriously. It's like Peeps but waaaaay darker and with a nuclear apocalypse by the end of the second book. It's so freaking great.
It's getting a tv show that's set to be released next month, so it's not that unknown. But I have yet to meet another person aside from the few who introduced me to it who've heard of it.
