Its sad when the class looks at you funny because you know heaps about WW1

This is sooooo true it's almost scary

I know nothing about WW1 prior to reading Leviathan. I still don't know much. I take history, and i'm not the biggest genius when it comes down to historical knowledge. However, I can score A for history tests. It's the art of bullshitting your way through.  ;D

Luckily that's something I'm very unaccomplished at

Bullshitting works for Geography too, which allowed me to score A most of the time XD.
Just take a small point and write a whole bunch of random text to explain it.   ;D

Hmm geography would be a lost cause for me no matter how hard I tried (or didn't try). For example I though Idaho was a city instead of state today :P World history is an entirely different case though hah. It's impossible to not get an A in that class and you can sleep through class at the same time

especially sad when your geography teacher asks you to find out about weird natural disasters, and you say tunguska and start explaining it.
t*he class turns around from their computer games and you realise no one was doing their work or listening, feel so much like a nerd*
i think the teacher actually forgot himself!!!

Leviathan is one of the more obscure books in my country. The only bookstores that carry it are the high-end chains in the city area. It can be found in the Library though... So I doubt anyone actually reads it here...  :(

I picked up Behemoth a bunch of times in the library last year, never read it though, the description seemed odd. Only read it after reading great reviews about it.  ;)
