Hey! I'm reading Ender's Game by Orson Scott Card!
THIS IS ONE OF MY ALL TIME FAVORITE BOOKS!
I have read it like four times (the first three times were within a month), and i would have read it more but i am making myself wait :D
And if you like it you should DEF read Enders Shadow, Speaker for the Dead, Xenocide, and Children of the Mind
AHHHH! I LOVE THESE BOOKS!

EDIT:
Someone said they weren't sure what the second one is supposed to be, I AM HERE TO HELP!
Well,  Speaker for the Dead was what was written right after Ender's game, but recently-ish Orson Scott Card wrote Ender in Exile, which is kind of in-between. It's not as great, but it explains a lot of things. I suggest you read Enders Game, then Ender in Exile, then Speaker for the Dead, then Xenocide and Chidren of the mind.
And if the Enders Shadow book is what is confusing you, that is a whole different series from Bean's point of view.

Technically yes, it's the bloody jack series.  But that's the first book's name as well.
