Almost forgot to say that the new Midnighters covers are IN STORES NOW!

  1. I LOVE the Midnighters series. I really like the new covers too. I have read the 1st and 2nd books so far. I have the shirt that says: “The new smoke LIVES!” And it’s really soft. hahaha 🙂

  3. Hi! I’m currently reading Touching Darkness and I was questioning myself about something crucial. Maybe I just missed something in my reading, or maybe the answer will come later, but I was wondering how it’s possible that the midnight hour can only happens in Bixby without the rest of the world being frozen too.
    I mean, if time only freeze in Bixby and maybe other towns depending on their location, how can the rest of the world live normally, Bixby would be too many hours late compare to the rest. So what i’m asking is : Is the entire world frozen and only when you are in Bixby (if you’re born at midnight) then you can live this hour? So that if I was born at midnight and went to Bixby for the holiday, then I could live in the blue time when my parents are frozen in their bed in France? Or is the time frozen ONLY in Bixby?

Virginie-la, the time ONLY freezes in Bixby. kind of. only people living in Bixby wood KNOW that time freezes. or at least thats what they think throughout the whole series. so yes. “the entire world is frozen and only when you are in Bixby (if you were born at midnight) then you can live in this hour”. except everybodys technically living. but only those specific people can MOVE and BREATH and SUCH during said hour.

    oh yeah. as for your second question, time freezes EVERYWHERE. the whole world. encluding Bixby. its just that for some reason just that little bubble of Bixby has the bluetime. for whatever reason. but if you step outside the bubble, Midnighter or not, time gets unfrozen…i think. or at least you think it does…

    ok. that made absolutely no sense. just ignore me.
