  7. I had the poor fore-sight of finishing Leviathan on a saterday night when my library is closed on sunday and monday, and then opens on tuesday after my school starts and is eight kilometers away from said school.
    Be that as it may, I still biked there instead of having lunch during my lunch period (it took the whole freaking period because even though I put it on hold because I am paranoid, they lost it. but then found it so yay!) then I biked back as fast as I could and just made it back to school in time. I then proceded to read it under the desk of every class and not pay attention and manage to finish it in less then five hours.
    my mom was less then thrilled because she thinks that now i’m going to run away and join the army, but she’s secretly crazy so bah
    might I just add that in between saterday night and tuesday… noontime I was hopeing for Alek to give Deryn a fencing lesson and then I open the book and HI HO, there it is

    my ability to predict these things make me so happy!

  9. Hello! Is anybody else still on here? I just finished Goliath and it broke my heart and made me cry…I can’t believe Scott did that!
    Spoiler alert!
    When Deryn’s knee got hurt I couldn’t stop swearing and I considered throwing the book against the wall. But it was a hardcover and my parents would hear and wonder what I was doing throwing books I just bought against a wall. So I through it onto my desk chair instead. Not a satisfying but better for the book and speaks more for my sanity.
    I was so excited and THAT KISS!!! Now THAT was GREAT!!! Still mad at Scott and Goliath for crushing Deryn’s knee and my dreams of serving on the Leviathan! 🙁
    I guess I love it anyways though 🙂
