Justine and I are finally back home from touring, and want to say thanks to all the teachers, librarians, booksellers, students, and fans who made our trip so much fun, and for helping to make Behemoth a success. I’ll be posting some cool pictures from the trip here soon. But in the meantime, here’s something for those of you who didn’t get a chance to see me live.
Tomorrow at 6PM US Eastern time, I’ll be doing a live video chat for everyone and anyone who wants to come. Please click the banner below to RSVP, so that we can set up the bandwidth for the right number of participants.
Unlike a text-only chat, you’ll get to see and hear me. I’ll start by giving some of my usual appearance talk, and then will answer your questions. You can send them in via Facebook, AIM, and MySpace through Ustream’s social stream. On Twitter, I’ll also be monitoring the hashtag #ChatSS.
For details, click the banner above to go to Ustream’s site. Go down to “Upcoming Shows” and click the RSVP button next to my show. Then come back to that page at 6PM Tuesday, November 2 (tomorrow!). I hope you can make it.
And for all you guys doing NaNoWriMo, GOOD LUCK! Since I’m on tour, I won’t be doing writing tips this year, but here’s my advice from last year, and you can click here for the first of Justine’s, and then keep going.

I finished Behemoth, it was AMAZING!!!!!!!!! I have to know what happens next, have you started writting the next book, Scott??
That chat thing is really cool… but I don’t do any of those social networks so…. yea. I like the writing advice, that’ll help me a ton!
P.S. 4th comment!!!
Yes! NaNoWriMo! I am so psyched this year! I’ve already started and I am extremely hoping I’ll have as much luck later as I do now. 😀
Do you know what days you’re going to be at Comic-Con? Ticket sales today were crazy; I didn’t get mine (despite trying very hard- grr!) but I’ll be sure to get them when they go back on sale. I plan on dressing very steampunky when you’re there!
Kailey-wa-
No idea what day at Comic Con yet. The schedule probably won’t show up till next year.
Jessi-
You don’t need to use any of those social networks to watch, just to ask questions.
Thanks Scott-la!
good luck =)
I CANT GET YOUR CHAT WORKING SCOTT!!!! IVE CLICKED ALL THE BUTTONS BUT NOTHINGS HAPPENING!!!
Am not sure which one to got to Nantes or Paris. They are about the same distance where I live but I think I will see you in Paris it actually depends if your event cost a ticket to get in. Does it?

Btw I finished Behemoth (in case you haven’t guess I am American) and I can’t wait till you sign it :).
Lee try turning off your pop-up blocker if it is on that’s what i did and then it worked
there now! thanks for doing this!
Quite so.
Hi! Oh, wow. I wondered if I was going to be so stupid as to posting here, but I’m here. So, yeah. Did you leave the Peeps series at a cliffhanger? Seriously, if you did, I’m going to end up devastated. Then again, The Last Days was published in ’06, so you might have missed your window of opportunity. But what kind of FAVORITE AUTHOR and MAIN INFLUENCE TO START WRITING (which I, of course, am ultimately AMAZING at) would you be if you left your MOST ADORING AND TALENTED Peeps fan hanging onto the edge of an unfinished series? I don’t care if that was the end of the series as long as you tell me, though. Just, please, tell me.
You made some decent points there. I regarded on the internet for the difficulty and found most people will go along with together with your website.
I like the valuable info you provide in your articles. Ill bookmark your weblog and check again here regularly. I’m quite sure Ill learn many new stuff right here! Good luck for the next!
