Behold the new website, reskinned in honor of Afterworlds (which now has its own page at last). I hope you enjoy the new look.

Let me know in the comments below if anything is broken anywhere, especially in the Forum.

  2. Huh, this is really weird and will take getting used to. Very pretty though. 🙂 (I will miss the amazing Darwinist and Clanker design though. That was epic.)

  3. @2: Yeah, this is interesting. It is a refreshing new look, but I agree that the LBG design will be missed.

  5. Well, of course I miss the Leviathan design like everyone else, but now I think I’m more excited for Afterworlds. Yay! I just wish I would have been around when everything was Uglies-themed…that would have been awesome, ’cause Uglies is my faves.

    Ahhh, so the image on the front of Afterworlds is a teardrop? I’m guessing it has some sort of symbolic reference…?

  7. Yes, Zac-la, a teardrop plays a very important role in Afterworlds.

    The Uglies theme was actually kind of, um, ugly.

    Hm, also noticed it now says “8 THOUGHTs on…” instead of “8 COMMENTS on…” – interesting!

    And also how did I just now notice that the UK cover is animated?!?!?! Is this for eBooks only or is some kind of amazing voodoo happening? I assumed it was a water droplet because the cover of the American edition is in watercolor. Is it a twofold symbol, or a fantastic and enigmatic coincidence?

    Also, some people on Goodreads have ARCs of Afterworlds, and many seem… less than thrilled with it. What is up with that, I wonder?

  12. the Uglies theme was (well, when I first came on here) Extras so it had Aya and we had all those topics at the top!!!! which you got rid of I might add! 😉

  14. The forum isn’t broken by any means, but it is still Leviathan style. Not that I mind, and I’m sure others have noticed, but I’m just putting it out there.

  16. Does anyone else think it’s funny how on the Afterworlds cover it says “From the creator of Uglies”? Why not the WRITER of Uglies? Hm.
